Please complete the form below to register for the 2026 St. Francis of Assisi Parish Golf Outing. Registration is limited to 144 golfers (36 foursomes).
We encourage participants to complete payment during registration to secure their spot. After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure payment link and instructions for paying by check.
If you are unable to complete payment during registration, you may submit payment later using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Spots are filled in the order payment is received. Registration is not finalized until payment has been received and processed.
If the tournament reaches capacity, additional registrations will be placed on a waiting list in the order received. In the event of a cancellation, golfers will be contacted accordingly. If payment is submitted after capacity has been reached, the committee will issue a full refund and place the registration on the waiting list unless you request otherwise.

Tournament registration is nearing capacity. We currently believe only one individual golfer spot remains for the 2026 St. Francis of Assisi Parish Golf Outing.
Registration is being accepted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot in the tournament. If the remaining spot is filled before your registration and payment are finalized, your registration will be placed on the waitlist in the order received.
Golfers placed on the waitlist will be notified directly and any payment received will be fully refunded.
